Green With Envy - Bitter Root Vintage...
Aloha, beauties! Today's post is all about this gorgeous Tatyana dress that the lovely ladies at Bitter Root Vintage kindly sent me. I've been dreaming about doing this photoshoot since I moved to Sussex and when I received this dress I knew it would be a match made in heaven with the butter-coloured fields.
I'll mainly let the pictures do the talking in this one (because I love them so much!) and summarize my opinions and review as quickly as possible!
I was very unsure which size to order for this dress because I was slap bam in the middle of a Small and a Medium. I opted for the larger size, but it turns out it was far too big for me. I don't know if the Small would have been too tight, but it was pretty easy to take this dress in due to the zipper being at the back. It is described as 'hourglass' dress on the Bitter Root website and by golly, it's true! I've actually had a lot of woman tell me that this dress enhances their curves beautifully, so there's definitely some accurate describing on Bitter Root's part ;-D
It has gorgeous yellow accents embroidered below the shoulders that are a stunning touch. It has pockets and a split at the back which means you can strut your stuff with ease! I paired it with my yellow nylon hair scarf from Vintagious Hair and my espadrille wedges from Tesco's.
This dress retails on Bitter Root for $112 and if you sign up to their newsletter you get 20% off! Of course, they ship internationally, too!
Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed this photo-heavy post. Also, special mention to my lovely boyfriend for taking the photo's and frolicking through fields for me.
All my love,
