Cherry Bomb Picnics with Banned Clothing! (+Update)

Aloha! Long time no see! I have been MIA since I moved house and lost internet connection for a couple of weeks but I am BACK! A lot has been happening since I last blogged - I moved to my perfect house, I got a new job, I had a photo shoot with Voodoo Vixen, I have bright red hair, my little old blog got featured in Vintage Life Mag and................. I'M PREGNANT! I know most of you will already know as it's already been announced on my social media, but I thought I'd mention it on here just in case you were thinking 'Dang, Amber should stop eating so much cake cause she is getting plump' :'D.

Now, I have a lot of catching up to do so expect to see a lot of me over the next few weeks. I'm aiming to churn out at least 4 posts a week for the next month because I have so much to share with you - including posts all about Dots N' Bows, Viva La Lux, Scandoll Jewelry, Clumsy Kate, Dolly Cool Jewels, Summer Blue Jewelry, Not So Plain Baby Jane and Betsy Hatter! As you can see I've got a lot to do! So let's get started with today's post...

I was lucky enough to be sent this beautiful dress from Banned Clothing to feature on my blog. It's called the Blindside Collar Dress and it's just delicious. Unfortunately, Banned do not have a main site to buy from as they only wholesale but there are plenty of sites and shops that stock them. I will list a few of my favourites at the end of the post. I, of course, had to pair it with my Cherry Necklace by Little Miss Savage.
Banned Clothing have some amazing new pieces in their summer range and their prints are to die for! They have a lot of tropical and tiki vibes going on which are my favourite. This dress is really lightweight and comfortable which makes it perfect for long hot days and picnics. I love the 'housewife' feel of the collar and buttons. It doesn't come with a belt so I just tied a bit of red fabric around my waist and I think the contrast makes the dress even more perfect (if I do say so myself, hehe!). When it gets a little chillier, I'd definitely pair this dress with a bright red cardigan and a cherry brooch. They have this print in a few other different styles (they even have a matching bag!!!!), including a circle skirt.

What happens when I try to 'elegantly' spin :'D

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed my first post since being back (and pregnant!).
Expect a lot of pregnancy/mum related posts and please let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas for me as I'd really love to hear them.

All my love,
