Not So Plain Baby Jane: Ava Pants

Aloha, lovelies! I hope you're all well. Today's post is a cross between an outfit post, a photo set and a recommendation/review. Swing trousers are something I've struggled with in the past as I just felt like they didn't flatter me at all or hit me in the right places as I have a long torso. But when I discovered Not So Plain Baby Jane a while back and saw her gorgeous Ava pants I instantly fell in love. With a more 40's feel and a heavy weight material - I knew that these would be different to other wide-legged trousers I've worn before.

The Ava pants are *very* wide legged which is something to note if you're not use to swing trousers, however they are extremely comfortable because of it. I know some trousers in this style have tighter thighs but these don't. They have fun red & white polka dot buttons down the middle and one on each side above each pocket which is a refreshing change from the standard sailor-style three buttons down each side which most swing pants have. The Ava Pants have wonderfully deep pockets which is amazingly handy, especially for babes who need to be practical as well as glam!

They come in a fantastic variety of sizes and leg lengths so you can be assured you'll get the perfect fit. Everything on Not So Plain Baby Jane is handmade by none other than... you guessed it... Jane! And handmade to an unbelievably high quality I should add, too. One of the first things that stood out to me about NSPBJ were the incredibly affordably prices, especially for the quality and style. The Ava pants retail for just £28 which is a STEAL! She also creates lots of other vintage inspired beauties from separates to dresses all at super low prices and often made using vintage patterns.

If you're new around here - just to let you know I am 16 weeks pregnant hence the big tummy :)

So me and my very lovely Boyfriend set off to my local (very windy!) beach and promenade to take some photo's!
Ps. All photo's are taken on my iPhone and completely unedited :)

Thanks for reading!! I hope you enjoyed my post all about these fabulous trousers.
Have a week as amazing as you are!
All my love,
